TERM AND CONDITIONS --------------------------
1. All buyers must comply with the terms and conditions stated.
2. First come, first serve basis with condition booking fee has been placed.
3. Order & Booking :- - Order : 50% of deposit is required (For pre-order item) - Booking : Only items with deposit will be reserved. (For item avail. in M'sia) - No cancellation. Deposit is not returnable, think wisely before you order or reserve any item.
4. Payment : Deposit to Maybank/CIMB/account. - Please inform and email the transaction details after you have made a payment to avoid misconstrue.
5. Any pre-order items will take about 2-4 weeks while for ready stock items, 2-3 working days. Occasionally, there will be delay due to certain circumstances.
6. All sales are final. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items.
7. Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items.
8.No Coach boxes or paperbags will be given due to custom issues - Customs over here are getting very strict in checking of packages lately. Lets just say, they are getting smarter about the branded stuff that most of us like to purchase from overseas especially from US and Europe. In other words, taxes are getting very high when the packages get in to Malaysia.
9. All Coach items are purchased either from the Malls/Outlets or Coach Boutiques in US. Coach handbags from the Coach Outlets will not come with the Dust Bag
10. RETURN POLICY: - Any concerns and dissatisfaction must be addresssed within 2 days upon item arrival. - All products to be returned must be as per item originally received. - Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us and the shipping charges are non refundable.
